Refund and Returns Policy

User Agreement & Terms of Service 

 First, Define the Service.
• The service provided by the Canadian Medical Center Pharmacy to enable customers to view and purchase the products displayed on the center’s website, with delivery to the customer after agreeing to the terms and conditions of the service and paying the price.

 Second, The Service Provider’s Obligations.
• Canadian Medical Center Pharmacy is obligated to deliver the order within a maximum period of 48 hours from the time it is confirmed. In case that it wasn’t possible to deliver it during this period for many reasons, the pharmacy must inform the customer and set another date for delivery, or the customer has the right to return the full amount within a maximum period of 24 hours from the cancellation request.
• The service provider is obligated to deliver the entire order in good condition without damage or decrease, while making sure that the order matches the customer’s selection.
• The service provider is committed to seriously dealing with its customers, and enables them to communicate all complaints or inquiries through the phone number: 22967717 or 229876655.

 Third, Customer’s Obligations.
• Application won’t be approved unless the customer agreed to all terms and conditions of the service.
• It is not possible to approve any request without completing the electronic payment process by the customer.
• The customer is obligated to provide the correct information related to him such as the name, address and phone number in order to maintain the validity of the arrival of the order.
• The customer will be contacted prior to the delivery date to confirm the address. After that, the customer cannot change his address again, and if it is not possible to communicate with the recipient of the order, it will be returned to the pharmacy. In this case, the customer must receive the order himself from the service provider’s headquarters, or pay an additional fee for delivery.
• The customer cannot replace or return the order except in the following cases only:
• Receiving an order contrary to what was confirmed through the application.
• Receiving a damaged or expired order.
• Less than 5 minutes have passed from the confirmation of the order via the application.
• The order did not arrive within 48 hours due to a delay issued by the service provider.

 Forth, General Terms.
• The service provider is not responsible for any damage caused to the order after confirmation of receipt from the customer.
• The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by the customer or as a result of providing false information from the customer.
• In case that the order is canceled for any reason due to the customer, the service provider is not obligated to refund any amounts.
